The Villa is situated on the corner of the finger and its plot gives it a much quieter position in the overall Jolly Harbour development whilst still being 5 minutes' walk from the supermarket/swimming pool in one direction and also 5 minutes’ walk from the peaceful and uncrowded Jolly Beach.

• Reading Area – There is a relaxing armchair which faces outside and is perfect for reading or keeping an eye on both inside and the outside.
This whole area has beautiful high vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and AC and is designed to optimize the light and breeze

Wrap Around Deck Area
• This villa has a unique Wrap Around Deck which provides additional extensive outside living - a must for enjoying the outside weather and fresh sea air environment.
• Covered Decking Area – Here you have a casual, outside dining table which can seat 12 comfortably and also an original rattan sofa and armchairs for peaceful relaxation.
• Covered Lookout Pergola Area – Here you have an additional seating area for six guests - providing an ‘on the water’ experience with the 270° degree viewpoint.
• Boat Level Dock Area – If you have a boat or fancy fishing – you can sail right up and off this section, it can accommodate a 90 ft. boat.
• Outside Open Deck Area (approx the size of a cricket pitch) – Has ample space for sun worshippers, yoga bunnies or indeed night gazers. It presently has 6 sun loungers for sipping cocktails and relaxing.
All the outside areas have mood lighting and are usable day and night and it is equipped with an outdoor gas BBQ.

Bedroom and Bathrooms Area
• Master Bedroom Suite is a King Size bedroom with double patio doors which lead to an outside garden complete with safe, TV for streaming and an en-suite bathroom, basin, shower and bathtub.
• Bedroom Two is a Queen Size bedroom with double patio doors which lead to an outside garden.
• Bedroom Three has a bunk bed configuration - (double on the bottom and a single on top).
• Family Bathroom with a basin, shower and bathtub.
All bedrooms feature large walk-in closets, ceiling fans and AC.
In addition to the above Villa Terena has a small outdoor garden space and a driveway for a car and/or a golf cart

Villa Terena is located on the stunning South Finger of Jolly Harbour which is a thriving, gated resort village with a wide range of facilities within the gated community situated on Antigua’s famed west coast.
