Welcome to Salty Kisses, a fully renovated villa offering the perfect blend of luxury and island charm. This spacious, bright and airy home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of which are en-suite for enhanced privacy. 

The master suite features a king-sized bed, while two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. And, a fourth bedroom is fitted with two twin beds - ideal for families and groups. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. And, each bathroom has a hair dryer with locally sourced, custom-made Antiguan bathroom products; including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Throughout the home, enjoy modern finishes, sleek décor and the comforts of a fully air-conditioned, relaxing space. 

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience, including a large refrigerator with freezer, stove and oven, microwave, ice- maker, hot and cold-water dispenser, toaster, coffee machine, French press, kettle and a full complement of cookware, dishware, and utensils for effortless meal preparation. 

The open-plan design flows effortlessly to a substantial, outdoor deck with covered patio, offering alfresco dining for eight and a stylish gazebo with lounge seating and ceiling fan for those warmer days and evenings. 

The star of the show is the huge swimming pool, complete with an in-pool lounging platform, perfect for soaking up the Caribbean sun. Underwater lighting creates a unique and elegant atmosphere in the evenings. 

Bedrooms
•     Master Suite: This spacious room features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, ample storage drawers, sofa, and private ensuite bathroom for ultimate comfort.
•     Queen Bedrooms (2): Each queen room includes its own ensuite bathroom, generous closet space, storage drawers and seating.
•     Twin Bedroom: Perfect for children or friends, this room offers two twin beds (convertible if needed), clothing storage space and convenient access to a nearby full bathroom.
•     All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units and ceiling fans for a cool and restful stay.

Living Spaces
•     Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, icemaker, water dispenser, toaster, coffee machine, French press, hot water kettle, and all the cookware and dishware you will need. A breakfast bar seats four guests for casual dining or morning coffee.
•     Living Room: Features plush sofas with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and open access to the outdoor deck.

Outdoor Areas and Pool
Step outside to a large deck with dining for eight and a comfortable lounge area beneath the shade of the gazebo. A large swimming pool with an in-pool lounging platform designed for sunbathing or relaxation completes the space, with a BBQ grill for easy outdoor cooking and entertaining. 
The House is surrounded by a fenced in well-manicured and landscaped garden.

Extras
The villa includes a generator, washer and dryer, and an outdoor foot shower for washing off those sandy feet after a long day at Antigua’s stunning beaches. The property is 110V and the outlets/ sockets are the same as the US.

Location
Salty Kisses is a short 10-minute stroll from Jolly Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean and just 5 minutes from the shops, restaurants and amenities of Jolly Harbour. Our side of the island features some of the most beautiful beaches in Antigua – Jolly Beach, Valley Church, Ffryes, Darkwood and Turners beaches are all within a 10-minute drive.
