The main entrance door opens up into a spacious, open plan living room, kitchen and lounge area. This room boasts breath taking views of the Caribbean Sea and features luxury finishes and beautiful interior design. The living room is gracefully furnished with luxury furnishings which continue the beach atmosphere into the villa.

The modern style kitchen is fitted with white and blue cabinets complimenting the azure, peaceful waters, and white sands of Jolly Beach. The kitchen is fitted with professional grade stainless steel appliances such as a 5 burner stove, refrigerator, freezer and other small essential appliances and utensils. Just off the kitchen is a walk-in pantry. It is a chef’s paradise and is perfect for creating exotic dishes for both you and your guests.

Flanked by the kitchen and the living room is the lounge area simply furnished with a sofa and a coffee table for guests to sit and relax with a glass of champagne after their relaxing day by the sea or exploring the breath taking island of Antigua.

Two large sliding doors extend from the kitchen and open up onto a private veranda. The veranda features a large dinning set that can seat up to 16 guests, two elegant sofas, coffee table, BBQ and external sink. Just a few steps away you will find the swimming pool, outdoor lounge chairs surround the pool to for guests to bask under the Caribbean Sun. It is an ideal space, for entertaining al fresco under the stars by the calm waters of Jolly Beach.

This luxury villa has four elegant En-suite bedrooms with ceiling fan, air condition and plasma television. The master bedroom is fitted with king size bed, and offers breath taking views of the Caribbean Sea just a few steps away. The bathroom boasts a double vanity, bath tub and over size shower.

Two of the guest bedrooms are fitted with queen size beds offering stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. The last guest bedroom is located next to the lounge area and it is furnished with two single beds, bed side table, closet and chest of draws it also boasts a private bathroom with shower.
