This is a newly built, self contained cottage conveniently situated 10 minutes from the heart of St. John's and 5 minutes to one of Antigua's most beautiful beaches - Dickenson Bay. Located in a quiet residential area, you have magnificent views and sunsets from your veranda and pool deck.

The Cottage has a king sized bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with basic amenities. The bathroom is modern and large for you to pamper yourself.

Your room has all new furnishings consisting of a comfortable King size bed to sink into, a couch to slouch on and a small work desk should the need arise to send that email.

The modern contemporary bathroom gives you the luxury of a large walk in rainfall shower. The owner being European also included a “bidet”. A single vanity along with mirrors and walk through wardrobe (hangers/iron/ ironing board included) makes it easy and simple to get ready.

The trade wind breezes allow the perfect opportunity to open all the windows and patio doors which look out on to your pool area from the comfort of your bed. Should you prefer the colder air then feel free to turn on the air conditioning unit. Also included in your rental is complimentary Wi-Fi along with the use of a 42” inch TV with Cable television channels.

The kitchenette is self-sufficient with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Utensils and cutlery are also provided along with a washing up sink.

Of course, you are going to want to enjoy the sunshine and the large, private patio area and pool. There is also an outside shower to wash off the sand and salt from your beach days. Teak lounge chairs with cushions to relax on and sunbathe, await you or why not have a meal or enjoy sunset cocktails at the table with the sun-brella.
