Agave Landings Beachside 2 BR - upper floor

Agave Landings has affordable, two-bedroom apartments less than 500 feet from one of Antigua's best beaches. They are within minutes of a variety of restaurants and the shopping and entertainment facilities of Jolly Harbour and other resorts on Antigua's Southwest Coast. Our location allows for easy access to St. Johns, Betty's Hope, and the sights around English Harbour; while providing a relaxing retreat to end your day with beautiful sunsets and star-filled skies.

Description

Our two bedroom apartments are quite roomy with a nice covered balcony, and lots of windows looking out to the ocean with views to the surrounding islands of St. Kitt's and Nevis, Redonda, and the Five Islands chain of islands. You can also see Montserrat from the beach. The walk to the beach is about 1-2 minutes. You are looking at the ocean while you are walking towards it. We have chairs and a beach umbrella that you can take with you to the beach inside the apartment. There is a BBQ Grill for all the guests to use. The apartments have a stackable washer/dryer inside the apartment. It has a queen-sized bed, bathroom and full-sized shower, a dining area, and sitting area. We have FREE Wi-Fi internet service. We provide you with all linens including beach towels, and all kitchen utensils. We also have back-up generator power should the electricity go out. There is also an outdoor table and chairs for dining or just taking in the view. You only have to shop for groceries and unpack!

Kitchens are fully equipped with a toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is air conditioning in each room and window screens, ceiling fans, and tile floors throughout with 110-volt electricity. There is also a flat screen TV, stereo/CD player, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer.

Guest Access

Our property is gated. Guests are given a gate code and remote access device which can be used in their rental vehicles. Once on the property you have access to the entire property including the paved parking, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, and garden areas.

Other things to note

We have a washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron, and laptop friendly spaces within the apartment. We provide each guest with a courtesy cell phone with a limited amount of usage minutes which they top up if they wish to continue using it. We are within walking distance of three restaurants/bars. More are within a one-mile radius in either direction.
