The living area leads out through extended, glass double patio doors to a partially covered decking area which is spacious and complete with an extra dining area and sun loungers. It is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some sun.

Upstairs, the theme continues with two well appointed bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has been beautifully designed with fabulous furnishings and a flat screen TV. You have a built-in wardrobe and views out to the waterway beyond, affording you a relaxing space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV, along with storage space and a wardrobe.

Perfectly located just a short 5-minute stroll to the tranquil, North Beach and within the beautiful Marina you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars just a short golf cart ride away. The large fully stocked supermarket, swimming pool, tennis courts and golf club are also on your doorstep.

This means we have no control over or advance notice of any construction, renovations, or noise that may occur in surrounding properties at any time due to any of these activities. Should we be notified of any planned works prior to your arrival, we will be sure to advise you. As this is a growing and developing community, these activities are possible, and we appreciate you're understanding.

If we have a same-day departure and arrival at this property, checkout will be at 10 a.m. and check-in no earlier than 4 p.m. If you expect to need a late checkout, we recommend booking an extra night to guarantee extended access to the villa.
