This modern High-End Villa is located on the waterfront, on Jolly's Harbour's South Finger. It has recently been fully refurbished in beautiful, Italian finishes with breath-taking views across the water.

The extended, outdoor covered deck is perfect for al' fresco dining, while also providing a spacious area for sun lovers. As you pull up to the villa there is a private parking spot in front the property for your use. You enter through the spacious open-concept kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you could need, just like being at home. There are also 2 bicycles for your use.

There is an attached table/breakfast area with 3 chairs, which could also be used as a workspace. A half bath is also on the lower level.

As you continue through the open living area, complete with smart TV and cable, you step out onto the extended outdoor deck, which gives a perfect sense of indoor/outdoor living. Here you will find a table with 6 chairs for your perfect tropical al' fresco style dining on the waterfront.

Further out onto the deck are 2 sun loungers and an open area for sun lovers. Upstairs are the two queen-sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans.

Please note that this property is situated within a gated community where each villa/house is privately and independently owned. This means we have no control over or advance notice of any construction, renovations, or noise that may occur in surrounding properties at any time due to any of these activities. Should we be notified of any planned works prior to your arrival, we will be sure to advise you. As this is a growing and developing community, these activities are possible, and we appreciate you're understanding.

If we have a same-day departure and arrival at this property, checkout will be at 10 a.m. and check-in no earlier than 4 p.m. If you expect to need a late checkout, we recommend booking an extra night to guarantee extended access to the villa.
