The villa is a split-level floor plan with the kitchen and living area on the first floor and the master and guest bedroom on the second floor. There is a patio with table and chairs, BBQ Grill & loungers and also a balcony from the master bedroom.

Parking is available at the front of the villa that fits a large car.

The villa comes with a fully functional kitchen, cable TV, Internet, ceiling fans and air conditioning for added comfort.

Villa 238B is only a 5-minute walk to the stunning South Beach and 10 minutes to all the facilities Jolly Harbour has to offer.

Jolly Harbour is a gated community which offers a full range of amenities, 24 hours security, and walking distance to an International supermarket, ATM’s, bars & restaurants, shops, pharmacy, hair and beauty salons, golf course & gym, swimming pool, tennis courts and marina.

This means we have no control over or advance notice of any construction, renovations, or noise that may occur in surrounding properties at any time due to any of these activities. Should we be notified of any planned works prior to your arrival, we will be sure to advise you. As this is a growing and developing community, these activities are possible, and we appreciate you're understanding.

If we have a same-day departure and arrival at this property, checkout will be at 10 a.m. and check-in no earlier than 4 p.m. If you expect to need a late checkout, we recommend booking an extra night to guarantee extended access to the villa.
